Is HealthSCAN covered by insurance? |

HealthSCAN is a fee for service clinic. Some insurance providers cover infrared imaging and some don’t. This all depends on your individual policy. All HealthSCAN images are interpreted by physicians trained by the American College of Clinical Thermography associated with Duke University Medical Center. Reports may be submitted as a medical expense on your tax return.
