Sports Injury/Region of Interest Thermography Scan

This imaging series correlates with the needs of the patient. Ranging from a Full Body scan to a Region/Area of Interest, these scans are a used as a tool in the differential diagnosis of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, back pain, joint pain, stress fractures and their prognosis for return to participation and/or competition.

Since DITI is a non-invasive and risk free scan, it is a very practical tool to be used in a sports medicine setting and aid the assessment of injury and making clinical decisions.

DITI not only helps confirm a diagnosis, but can be used as a gauge to clinically assess progress and rehabilitation treatment response. DITI is useful for, but not limited to, aiding the diagnosis and evolution of epicondylitis, patellofemoral syndromes, ankle injuries, shin splints, stress fractures, myofascial pain syndromes, spinal pain syndromes, shoulder injuries, foot pain syndromes, and vascular disorders.
